Test case dash board suggested by HyBIST is as shown below. Objective of test case dash board is to track the distribution and progress of test case design for each entity across various levels. As shown typically low level structural components will be considered for L1, L2, L3 where in most of the test cases will be of type –ve . As we go up then we will have a good combination of positive and –ve test cases. For each feature test cases will be design at QL4, for each requirements/cases at Ql5 and for end-to-end flows for the levels L6, L7, L8 and L9. We can have separate dash board for each category (C, F, BR and EEF) of entities as appropriately. All levels are not applicable for all entities. Based on the entity type, we have a clear focus on what type of issues are targeted.
